STORY-TELLING WORKSHOP

Leave people in your awe
Storytelling, executive presence, leadership, public speaking

About Program

Master the Art of Storytelling to Influence, Inspire, and Engage

The leaders people remember aren't the ones with the best data; they're the ones with the best stories. Research shows that people retain (remember) 22 times more, when they get it in form of a story!

If you want to create a place in people's heart and not just in their mind; here is a game changing-workshop for you. Elevate your verbal, visual and emotional engagement with people. A two-day, (in-person workshop) to master this skill of Story-telling, at next level!

Designed for people whose success depends on being heard and believed:
+Executives / senior leaders who need to align and influence boards
+Business heads / managers who lead through communication always
+Sales & marketing professionals who win on connection, not features
+Public speakers / trainers who want to deepen their impact
+Entrepreneurs / founders building something worth talking about.

The Problem

Deserunt quod facere occaecati dolorem. Exercitationem beatae quis temporibus magnam est mollitia. Ut error laudantium dolorem nihil dolor non. Porro qui non ex temporibus et molestiae.

You've made the case. The numbers were solid, the slides were clean, the logic was airtight. And still — the room nodded politely and moved on.
It's a frustrating experience, and most leaders have lived it more than once. You prepare thoroughly, you present clearly, and yet the idea doesn't land. The decision drifts. The energy in the room never quite shifts.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: facts inform, but they rarely move people. Neuroscience has shown that when we hear a well-told story, our brains release oxytocin — the same chemical tied to trust and empathy — and listeners' neural activity begins to mirror the speaker's. Data is processed. A story is felt. And people act on what they feel.
So if your ideas aren't landing the way they deserve to, it's usually not because they're weak. It's because they're being delivered as information, when they should be delivered as story.

Do you have to work hard for people to follow your lead?

The Solution

It's about building a practical, repeatable skill you can use in your very next meeting. Therefore, by the end of two days, you will be able to:-

* Open with authority, walk into any room and begin in a way that earns attention before your first slide — so people lean in instead of waiting for you to finish.

* Turn a dry business case, a technical concept, or a quarterly review into a narrative people actually remember and repeat to others in your absence.

* Build a story on demand. Use a simple framework to construct a story in real time — in a pitch, a town hall, a difficult 1:1, or an unplanned moment on stage.

* Persuade without pressure. Influence decisions and sell ideas through narrative, so your case feels like a shared discovery rather than a hard push.

* Own a signature story. Walk away with one polished, personal story you can deliver anywhere, with complete confidence.

What will change after the workshop?

How We Transform

Day 1 — The Craft: Building a Story That Holds a Room (The fundamentals).

+ The psychology of story. Why the human brain is wired for narrative, and what that means for the way you communicate at work.
+ The anatomy of a great story. 3 forces present in every story that works (character, conflict, & resolution) and how to find them in even the most ordinary business situation.
+ Structuring for impact. How to shape a business story so it persuades naturally, without ever sounding like a sales pitch.
+ Delivery that matches the message. Using your voice, pacing, pauses, and body language so how you tell it amplifies what you're telling.

Day 2 — The Power: Storytelling That Moves Business Forward (Application).

+ Stories that build vision. How great leaders use narrative to paint a future and rally a team behind it.
+ Stories that sell and persuade. Moving people toward "yes" through story, without ever sounding salesy.
+ Stories on stage. Bringing narrative into presentations, keynotes, and public speaking.
Your signature story.
+ A guided session to craft and deliver a personal story that's unmistakably yours — with live coaching and feedback from KKB.

A 2-day, intensive program, to prepare for the boardroom!

Your Coach

KKB. Somone who has told 1000+ stories on stage & boardrooms

I've spent 33 years in the global software, pharma, and life-sciences industries, and have over 1,000 appearances on stage — including 4 TEDx talks, delivered to audiences across Asia and the Middle East.

Storytelling isn't a technique I read about and decided to teach. It's the tool I've used to win rooms, close enterprise deals, and move people across languages and cultures throughout my career. I've told stories that opened doors with global clients like Pfizer, AstraZeneca, WuXi, SABIC, DrReddy's, Ranbaxy and Dassault Systèmes.

I've learned, often the hard way, what works when the stakes are real and when the audience is skeptical.

In this workshop, I don't hand you theory from a textbook. I hand you the craft I've refined over three decades and a thousand stages — and I help you make it your own.
