About this Program
Get on the TEDx stage. Stay in their memory long after you leave it.
A hybrid mentoring programme — online preparation, on-stage rehearsal — guided by a four-time TEDx speaker, for people with an idea worth spreading.
This is a hybrid mentoring journey across twelve focused sessions. The thinking, writing, and refining happen online, at a pace that fits your schedule. The rehearsals — where it truly comes together — happen live, on your feet, with real-time coaching.
It's a fully personal engagement, not a group course. Whether you've already been accepted to speak at a TEDx event or you're still shaping the idea and the application, the programme meets you where you are and walks with you all the way to the stage.

The Problem
A TEDx talk looks deceptively simple. One person, one idea, eighteen minutes, no podium to hide behind. And that's exactly what makes it the hardest talk you'll ever give.
Most accomplished professionals walk into it confident — they present for a living, after all — and quickly discover that everything they know about business presentations works against them on this stage. No bullet-pointed slides to lean on. No "agenda" to open with. No data dump to fill the time. Just you, your idea, and an audience that can tell within ninety seconds whether you're worth listening to.
The result is that brilliant people with genuinely important ideas give forgettable talks — not because the idea was weak, but because a TEDx talk is a different craft entirely, and almost no one is taught it.
Does the stage or the name TEDx scares you?
The Solution
This is not a public-speaking refresher. It's end-to-end mentoring that takes you from a rough idea to a stage-ready talk. By the time you step on stage, you'll have:
An idea sharpened to a single, spreadable message — the "one thing" your audience will carry home and repeat to others.
A talk built like a story, not a presentation — structured to hold attention from the first line to the last.
A delivery that's unmistakably you — your authentic voice and presence, amplified rather than performed.
Command over your nerves — practical techniques to turn stage fright into focused energy.
Slides that serve the idea — visuals that amplify your words instead of competing with them.
A talk you've rehearsed until it's effortless — polished through mock runs and direct feedback, so you walk on stage already knowing it works.
Mentoring you to go from a rough idea to a stage-ready TEDx talk
How We Transform
THE JOURNEY — TWELVE SESSIONS, THREE PHASES
Phase 1 — Find the Idea (Sessions 1–4)
Before a single word is written, we get the foundations right.
Demystifying TEDx. Understand the platform, its unwritten rules, and exactly why it's unlike any business or technical presentation you've given.
Reading the room. What organisers and audiences actually look for — the "dos" and "don'ts" that make an application and a talk stand out.
Unleashing your voice. Discover your authentic speaking identity — the personality and tone that will resonate most, rather than an imitation of talks you've admired.
Idea ignition. Explore, test, and lock in the core concept of your talk — the single idea worth spreading.
Phase 2 — Build the Talk (Sessions 5–8)
Now we turn the idea into a living, breathing piece of communication.
The storytelling powerhouse (two sessions). Transform your idea into a compelling narrative, then refine it line by line for maximum impact, with guided practice on delivery.
Conquering stage fright. Practical, proven strategies to manage nervousness and channel it into presence and poise.
Nonverbal communication. Master body language, movement, and voice modulation — the 90% of a talk that isn't your words.
Phase 3 — Own the Stage (Sessions 9–12)
The final phase is about polish, presence, and performance.
Executive presence. Project authority and confidence through how you carry yourself, how you're dressed, and how you hold the stage.
Leaving your mark. Craft a closing that lingers — the last line that the audience repeats on the way out.
Visual storytelling. Design slides that complement and elevate your narrative instead of distracting from it.
Practice makes perfect. Full mock deliveries with direct feedback, refining your talk until it's stage-ready and second nature.
Here is how we will demystify your journey of becoming an Ace!
Your Coach
Learn from a 4 times TEDx speaker
I know what it feels like in the minutes before the red dot lights up. I know what it takes to hold an audience without notes, to land a closing line that earns a real pause before the applause, and to make eighteen minutes feel inevitable rather than rehearsed. Across 33 years and more than 1,000 stage appearances — including over 100 international conferences — I've learned this craft from the inside.
When we work together, you're not learning theory about TEDx. You're learning it from someone who has walked out under those lights and made it work — and who will help you do the same.

You don’t have a good career if you have a “boss”. You have a good career when you have a mentor who you report to, take guidance from and get inspired by his actions. KK has always been that mentor .
